A result labeled released or out of custody proves only what the reporting agency states. It does not identify a destination unless the record supplies one. A transfer notice is not a release. Read Kane County VINE Events
For UDC inmates, Utah lists alerts for release from prison, escape and return, death, a parole release date notice 30 days before release, movement to a county jail, movement between Utah prison sites, and movement to a community correctional center.
